Summer Fun

Yesterday I flew to Chicago for a quick meeting. Doug picked up the girls and packed everyone up for an evening with friends at Clear Meadow Farms. I was able to meet up with them around 7. We had so much fun! The girls swam and then we cooked hot dogs and sausages. There were 4 kids and 2 babies and great adult company. We even did s'mores for dessert (aka "cwacker sandwiches").

The farm had 2 kitties that the kids got to pet and chase around. Plus they collected swan feathers, saw the cows, and walked around the beautiful pond. Aubrey really loved the kitty cat!!

I was shocked at how well the girls held up staying up HOURS past their bed time. YAY :)

As we are on the move this summer, spending 5 weeks in Maine, I thought I would try something new to keep in touch with family and friends.
