Oh wow! That sounds wonderful - and it's low carb too -yeah! Now, I'm not an indigenous fish eater so do I get the crab from the "fish counter" at my grocery store or is it frozen or what? And what is Old Bay? Where can I get that?
I can have this with raw bell pepper strips and carrots or on zucinni rounds. Thanks!
That sounds good. Should I post a recipe?

Cheri: Old Bay is the most remarkable spice EVER http://www.oldbay.com/. This is good on EVERYTHING! Popcorn, potatoes, fish, shrimp, chicken, the list goes on. It is spicy and YUMMY! If you don't have old bay at your store - let me know I have tons of SAMPLE packets and I could send you some to try!
I get fresh or frozen backfin unless I am splurging and I get lump - I would check your fish counter and ask if they have a lb of blue crab lump or back fin!
Edge: YES! Join in the fun :)
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
I'm an old bay convert. I had not heard of it before I moved to DC.
I'll post my recipe later!
I mix about 3/4 of the cheddar into the dip BEFORE I fold in the crabmeat!
YUMM-O - this has become a staple at any and all family gatherings where food is involved.
Ok, I posted one.
