McDonald Mommy

My husband jokes that my nickname should be "McDonald Mommy" because whenever we go to McDonald's I act like a whole new person - he says I laugh, I get a burst of energy, I joke and am silly more than usual and that I become in the BEST mood.

And he is right. For some reason a very simple hamburger and a small fry makes me happy and silly. I don't know why.

Is there something in your life like that - that makes you happy for no reason? Besides music?

Disneyland! Seriously, I think I was the only adult skipping through the parking lot...it is the happiest place on earth. When we lived there we had a Season's pass...I went more than any adult should ever be allowed...

Close to 30 times...gasp! But in my defense, my son loved it! ;)

My hubby is a trooper!

I love myself a Big Mac too! yummers!

"Smelling the flowers" so to speak. I love enjoying beautiful days with NO plans and letting the day just happen. AND MUSIC OF COURSE!

Starbucks makes me happy. A Venti Carmel Macchiato w/ skim milk, to be exact. Not more than once a week, but that is the best day of the week.

The Mr. thinks I have a problem because Jack Jack can order for me now at the drive up :)

I just read another blog where fast food = happiness...must be in the air.

Pedicures. They make happy. And whatever kids song has both boys singing at the top of their lungs. Like 'My Green Kite' and 'Movin' Right Along' and 'Wags the Dog'

When my mom visits and brings all the National Enquirers she's been saving and I have a whole pile to just dig into...

You probably get that way because contrary to today's blog (5/9), you still can see the girl you were!

Disney World does it for me - as soon as we drive into those gates with Mickey and friends, I'm 10 years old! I get a lump in my throat and can't believe I'm there - even if I go every year! It never gets old.
