7 Minutes Straight

Aubrey sang this for. seven. minutes. straight.

I am driving, we are on our way home from school and after 3 minutes I grabbed my cell phone thinking no way would she keep going... but she did.

Can you guess what she is singing? Can you tell me the "real" words and her words?

7 minutes! Impressive. I like that she is reading the words to her song on those papers :)

I'm not sure what she's saying but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be, "Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel, born is the king of Israel." Please do tell what YOU heard!

No Well, No Well, No Well, No Well born is the king that lives in Tri elle.

Repeated OVER AND OVER, and NOT in tune, at all.

I guess Tri elle must be a good place. She's giving it a good effort, and phonetically it sounds like that!!
Put that with Evan's "Go Tell It On The Mountain" and we've got ourselves a pretty good choir!

I thought she was saying the king lived in an ear, but my internet is slow and it kept pausing :-)

7 minutes is a long time to listen to the same words over and over from an out of tune child. I feel your pain.

yup - Go tell it on the mountain, Jess!!

Okay, this was amazingly cute - but I have a question (as always), You say you were DRIVING!!!!! How the hell did you record this whole thing?????, without crashing??!?!?!?!

Ouch, busted!

Nothing like someone taking a video of their child while driving. and you thought just talking on the phone was a problem!

For the record, I held my phone up, hit record and PRAYED that it picked up the picture and audio.

And NO ONE can tell me they don't occasionally look back at their kids while driving, or pick something up, or pick a new playlist on their iPod, or check their email or text... or VIDEO their kids :) he he he
